Brought to you by:

During December each year, Santa and the Rotary Club of Derby volunteers have visited homes in Chellaston, Littleover and Mickleover to raise funds for their chosen charities. Whilst last year was impacted by the pandemic we are delighted to announce that Santa and our Sleigh will be back touring Chellaston, Littleover, Heatherton and Mickleover once more.
This year we plan to be out each weekday evening, weather permitting, and we have published the first 12 routes. The plan is that if any routes are cancelled due to the weather we will be able to move them to later in December
Santa is always pleased to see you, but if you could make a contribution to our chosen charities this year it would be appreciated. Our Elves will have collection buckets on hand during the tour and you will be able to donate contactless. You can also donate by text, please text the word ‘DERBYSANTA’ followed by the amount that you would like to donate to 70450. e.g. to donate £3 text DERBYSANTA3 to 70450. Texts cost your chosen donation amount plus one standard rate message.
The Rotary Club of Derby are this year raising money for two charities through the Santa Sleigh and Derby Santa initiatives. Umbrella and the Friends of the Baby Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital.
Charities we are supporting during 2021

Umbrella enables disabled children and young adults to realise their full potential.
- We empower parents and carers, supporting them in their care of their disabled child or young adult.
- We provide exciting, stimulating activities for children and young adults which encourage the development of skills, whilst having fun; giving disabled children and young adults opportunities that non-disabled children take for granted
Umbrella supports any family with a disabled child or young adult aged 5 to 30. Umbrella is able to support a child or young adult no matter what their disability as our services are person centred to meet individual needs.

Get involved!
If you’d like to support us this year you can do so below, by either donating to our Just Giving page. You can also support us by ordering a personalised letter from Santa or donating a letter from Santa to one of the underprivileged children that are supported by our chosen charities this year. We hope to be back next year!
